DevOps Engineer (DevEx & Cloud Enablement Team)
We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to build and maintain scalable, highly available, and secure development environments across on-premises and multiple clouds (AWS, GCP, Tencent). You will focus on managing infrastructure with Terraform, standardizing reusable GitLab CI/CD pipelines, and operating Kubernetes clusters deployed both on-prem and on AWS. A critical part of your role will involve implementing robust networking and security solutions, including AWS tunneling and proactive security issue detection, along with strong monitoring and alerting expertise to ensure system reliability.
What you’ll have to do:
- Design, develop and maintain reusable GitLab CI/CD pipelines and templates to enable automated, secure, and scalable software delivery;
- Manage and optimize IAM systems across multi-cloud environments on AWS, GCP, Tencent and on-prem infrastructure ensuring comprehensive IAM management across AWS IAM and GCP IAM systems;
- Provision and manage cloud and on-prem infrastructure using Terraform;
- Operate and maintain Kubernetes clusters deployed both on-premises and in AWS (EKS), ensuring high availability, scalability, and security;
- Implement and manage secure networking and hybrid connectivity: VPC design, VPC peering, AWS VPN tunnels, transit/connectivity patterns between cloud and on-prem;
- Implement disaster recovery and high availability strategies across environments;
- Automate operational workflows and infrastructure management via scripting (Bash, Python, or similar);
- Maintain Linux system administration expertise to support underlying OS in container and cloud environments;
- Implement observability: monitoring, alerting and logging (Prometheus, Grafana, AWS CloudWatch) to support proactive incident response;
- Configure and maintain cloud security monitoring and compliance (tools including AWS GuardDuty, Security Hub, GCP Security Command Center, integrating with existing SIEM solutions;
- Develop and enforce security best practices, including detection and remediation of security issues within infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines;
- Manage identity and access workflows, including integration with existing IAM solutions and Keycloak;
- Document infrastructure configurations, deployment procedures, and operational runbooks.
What makes you a good fit:
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps or similar roles;
- Proficiency with Terraform for infrastructure as code across multiple cloud providers;
- Hands-on AWS experience (EKS, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch);
- Working knowledge of GCP IAM and multi-cloud IAM concepts.
- Strong experience with cloud IAM systems (AWS IAM, GCP IAM) and identity management best practices;
- Solid understanding of networking concepts and security best practices;
- Proficiency in Linux system administration and scripting (Bash, Python).

- Production experience operating Kubernetes clusters;
- Knowledge of monitoring tools including Prometheus and Grafana;
- Experience with multi-cloud environments including GCP and Tencent Cloud;
- Experience with cloud security tools (AWS GuardDuty, Security Hub, GCP Security Command Center);
- Experience implementing cloud governance policies (AWS SCP, GCP Organization Policies);
- Familiarity with IAM solutions, particularly Keycloak;
- Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipeline development and optimization;
- Experience with infrastructure performance testing.
