As a DevOps Tech Lead, you will: - Lead and mentor more junior DevOps engineers, providing technical guidance, support and assessment on skill development; - Define and communicate the DevOps strategy, goals, and objectives in alignment with the organization's mission; - Develop a roadmap for DevOps initiatives, setting priorities and milestones. - Continuously assess and improve DevOps processes, workflows, and toolchains to optimize efficiency, quality, and speed of delivery; - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, security and quality assurance, to ensure seamless software delivery; - Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and senior management; - Drive the adoption of automation tools and practices to streamline deployment, testing, and monitoring processes; - Implement advanced monitoring and alerting solutions to proactively detect and address issues in production and development environments; - Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement; - Collaborate with security teams to integrate security practices into the DevOps workflow, ensuring compliance with security standards and policies; - Implement access control and vulnerability management measures; - Occasionally work with the sales team to provide technical expertise and support during the sales process; - Assist in responding to requests for proposals (RFPs) or requests for information (RFIs) by providing detailed technical information and solution recommendations. - Lead / validate effort and timeline estimations; - Occasionally assist in addressing critical incidents or perform planned maintenance outside of regular business hours. What about you? - At least 6 years of DevOps Engineer, with a strong focus on automating software delivery and infrastructure management - minimum 1 year of proven project implementation leadership experience - Deep expertise in infrastructure as code (Terraform a must), CI/CD, containerization and orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes , experience with AKS a must, GKE/EKS - nice to have). - Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., Go, Python, Bash). - Proficiency in Azure. - Relevant experience with configuration management tools: Ansible, etc. - Strong knowledge of Linux - Servers/daemons: NginX, Apache, MySQL, MS SQL Server, etc. - Networking for cloud environments - Communication protocols : HTTP/SSL, Web sockets, TCP/UDP, FTP, SMTP, DHCP, DNS, BGP - Experience in configuring monitoring & logging solutions (ELK/EFK stack, Prometheus/Grafana) - Comfortable in delivering technical presentations to internal and external audiences - Experience with presale calls and/or generating implementation effort estimations - English (written and spoken) - Relevant certifications: - Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) - Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist (CKS) - Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert If you feel this role is for you, let us get to know you better!
