Job Description The client is one of the market’s leaders in providing one stop shop in automotive industry that plans and implements turnkey paint shops and final assembly systems and machine and robot technology for manufacturing automotive industry. Currently, there are over 40 colleagues working in this project portfolio, covering various roles: software developer, quality assurance engineers, product owner, commissioning, scrum master, project manager. Your role will give you the opportunity to work with a cross-functional, multi-cultural and multi-site team. As a member of the team, you will be a key player in the digitalization process of manufacturing cars, having the chance to gather knowledge about a rich technological context, the IoT field and the Digital Factory business area. Responsibilities: Drive Digital Quality Transformation → Play a key role in the digitalization of automotive manufacturing by defining and owning the end-to-end test strategy across complex, scalable systems within IoT and Digital Factory environments. End-to-End Test Leadership → Lead testing delivery from planning to Go-Live sign-off, ensuring quality gates, release readiness, and alignment with system architecture and business objectives. Pre-Sales & Client Impact → Contribute to pre-sales activities such as RFPs, PoCs, estimations, timelines, and technical proposals, shaping testing approaches that add value from early engagement stages. Quality Governance Excellence → Establish strong test governance through traceability, defect management, risk assessment, KPIs, and business-oriented quality reporting aligned with SLAs. Integrated Testing Across Platforms → Embed testing seamlessly into Agile development lifecycles, validating environment readiness, test data, APIs, and cross-platform integrations in complex manufacturing systems. People & Capability Growth → Lead, mentor, and grow QA teams by onboarding new colleagues, providing coaching and technical guidance, and developing quality management capabilities and best practices across projects.
