We are looking for a senior Senior SAP CAP Engineer (with Node.Js and UI5) for BearingPoint Products.

Position Overview: You will play a critical role in the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level applications using SAP Cloud Application Programming (CAP) model. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and architectural acumen to ensure robust, scalable, and efficient solutions. Primary Functions and Tasks: - Develop and maintain SAP CAP applications, services, and modules; - Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry standards and best practices; - Implement security and data protection measures in application development; - Develop high-level architectural solutions, integrating SAP CAP with other SAP and non-SAP systems; - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications; - Lead development projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project milestones; - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP CAP applications; - Perform code reviews and ensure the quality of the codebase; - Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement; - Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and user guides; - Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress and technical challenges. We are looking for: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; 5 to 10 years of experience in SAP development, including SAP CAP; Proven experience in application architecture and design, with a deep understanding of enterprise-level application development; Proficiency in SAP Cloud Application Programming model, SAP HANA, and related technologies; Strong programming skills in JavaScript, UI5, Node.js, and SQL; Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and related services; Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams; SAP certifications are a plus.
