Job Description The Senior Data Analyst specialising in Power BI and Supply Chain Expertise at Generix is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimising interactive dashboards and reports to support various business functions, particularly focusing on supply chain optimisation. This role plays a crucial part in analysing supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvements, ultimately driving operational excellence and strategic decision-making. Here's what you'll be doing: - Develop, maintain, and optimise interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support various business functions, with a focus on supply chain optimisation. - Design and implement advanced multidimensional models, particularly focusing on SCD2, to ensure accurate representation of data changes over time. - Analyse supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvements. - Collaborate with supply chain stakeholders to understand analytics needs and translate them into actionable insights. - Maintain high standards of data quality and integrity within all analytics outputs. These objectives are not exhaustive and will evolve according to identified needs and current projects. Qualifications - Proficiency in Power BI development, including advanced dashboard creation, DAX functions, and data modeling techniques. - Mastery of multidimensional modeling concepts, particularly focusing on SCD2 methodologies, within the context of Power BI. - Understanding of best practices and standards in data visualisation, ensuring the creation of compelling and insightful dashboards in Power BI. - Experience with dbt or Similar Tools: Proficiency in data transformation and workflow optimization using dbt or equivalent technologies. - Knowledge of industry-standard data governance and security practices relevant to Power BI development and deployment. - Familiarity with emerging trends and advancements in Power BI technology, such as integration with AI and machine learning capabilities, to enhance analytical capabilities. - Deep understanding of supply chain concepts and metrics, with the ability to apply data analytics to solve supply chain challenges. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. - 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles, with a focus on Power BI development and supply chain analytics experience. - English or French Level: fluent Additional Information - Access to modern tools and technologies. - A chance to make a meaningful impact on enterprise product quality. - Opportunities for career growth and development. - Soft skills and Technical Trainings, Workshops, Conferences, and attendance of different similar events Company Description Generix is a leading SaaS vendor specializing in Collaborative Supply Chain solutions that enable the seamless exchange of goods and data across the globe between suppliers and customers, all while responsibly managing their flows.
