We are looking for a senior Senior Analog-Mixed Design Engineer for Microelectronics Integration Design Center - A OT (TM).

Job Description As a Seniorr ASIC design engineer you specify, design and implement functional circuit blocks to meet the specifications of an IC. You have the opportunity to work on Continental’s diverse innovative automotive applications and find optimized solutions for their specific needs. The stringent automotive requirements are to be met during design. Willingness to support the circuit's layout and testing is desired. Your tasks include - Participation in feasibility studies for ASICs and specification definition - Transistor level circuit design - Design, simulation and test of analog and mixed signal circuits - Design documentation - Design validation - Development of test procedures Qualifications - Master of Science / PhD in Electrical Engineering / Microelectronics / Physics or similar - 5+ years of relevant design experience in electronic products - Experience in design of analog circuits - Understanding of semiconductor backend production (testing, assembly, failure analysis) - Experience with Electronics CAD Tools (ideally IC design know-how, Cadence, Synopsys, Mentor) - Very good English language skills written and spoken - Planning and organizing skills, ability to take initiative and to communicate effectively, eagerness to grow and develop Desired design experience in several of the following - Reference circuits - Amplifiers - ADCs - Interface design - Regulators - Layout - Digital design.
