Location: Bucharest, Sibiu, Cluj, Brasov, Timisoara and Iasi. As a consultant, you will work with international clients and offer Level 2 & 3 SAP support for Logistic processes. Primary Functions and Tasks: - Responsible for working remote on clients managed services projects; - Work closely with the client to set-up and provide 2nd and 3rd level support: Support and advise our clients with daily issues, incidents and best practices from SAP SD; - Perform material master migrations, mass maintenance; - Understand business process requirements in the area of Sales and Distribution; develop specifications for functional & technical development; - Analyze existing processes, identify gaps, propose and implement solutions; - Perform detailed problem troubleshooting, problem resolution, root cause analysis and enrich knowledge database; - Create and maintain long term relationship with your clients; - Document SAP processes and present progress reports; - Stay up to date with the latest SAP solutions and Best Practices. We are looking for: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience in business, analytics, or information technology; - Previous working experience with SAP SD (minimum 2-3 years for Consultant level, minimum 5 years for Senior Consultant level); - Very good English and German level (minimum C1); - Good Know-How of SD and SD processes & integration; - SAP S/4HANA knowledge; - Good configuration knowledge (SPRO); - Previous interaction with ticketing tools (ex: JIRA, ServiceNow); - Excellent communication, presentation and explanation skills; - Good problem-solving & analytical skills; - Quick learner and self-driven personality for continuous improvement; - Able to prioritize tasks and work independently; - SAP SD Certification is a plus.
