We are looking for a Product Manager.

You might be our missing piece if you have: - 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role - Experience launching successful products and driving innovation - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and presentation abilities - A strong understanding of the different Agile methodologies and when best to apply them throughout the product lifecycle - Proficiency in product management software tools - The ability to translate customer needs into product requirements - Strong organizational and time management skills - Passion for building great products that delight customers - The ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment - Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality products - Customer interaction experience, including C-level - Experience with identifying the stakeholders involved in the decision-making process - Experience in organizing and driving the Discovery and Definition phases - Experience in presales activities (e.g. workshops, quoting) We would be thrilled if you have: - Previous leadership or mentoring experience within product teams - Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to drive product decisions We will be working together on: - Shaping the product vision and strategy to match overall goals - Developing and updating the product roadmap, prioritizing features and improvements based on customer feedback, market insights, and business goals - Working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product planning, launches, and iterations - Gathering and analyzing customer feedback and usage data to continuously improve the product - Conducting market analysis to identify new opportunities and understand the competition - Overseeing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality - Regularly updating stakeholders on product progress, roadblocks, and key decisions
