Node.js Developer (Marketplace Team) We are looking to expand our team with a Node.js Developer who is excited to solve complex problems and open to evolve and grow new skills like serverless and machine learning. Your primary focus will be the development of server- side logic, definition, and basic maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from different clients. What you’ll have to do: - Develop reusable, testable, high-performance, and maintainable code; - Design, implement, and support multiple applications across various platforms; - Stay in tune with the latest technologies; - Collaborate with other technical team members to design, implement, quickly troubleshoot and resolve any critical issues. What makes you a good fit: - At least 1 year of professional experience with Node.js in a production environment; - At least 2 years of experience in a software development role; - Proficiency in working with MySQL databases; - Strong OOP knowledge; - API design and integration experience; - Hands-on experience with unit testing and automated test frameworks; - Ability to work on multiple simultaneous projects and adapt to a fast-evolving environment; - Familiarity with Git for version control; - Practical experience with Docker and containerized applications; - Flexible, communicative and a strong team player. What makes you stand out: - Experience designing and implementing scalable, event-driven solutions; - Strong experience with messaging systems such as Kafka; - Hands-on experience with NoSQL systems such as Valkey/Redis and Apache SOLR; - Knowledge and hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and management; - Experience in building and deploying microservices-based architectures; - Experience with DDD (Domain-Driven Design) projects; - Solid understanding and application of design patterns; - Knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools; - Experience with Cloud Technologies, particularly AWS, including: VPC, S3, Athena, ECS, API Gateway, Lambda, Route53, Kinesis, MSK, CloudWatch; - Experience working in Agile environments; - Experience using Jira for task and project tracking.
