Job Description We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled IAM Engineer to join our global team. This role focuses on the operation and optimization of the OpenText IAM platform, supporting identity-related integrations and license management across our enterprise systems. You will collaborate with international colleagues to ensure consistent and secure identity services across the organization. - Operate and maintain the OpenText IAM system as part of a global infrastructure team. - Manage and support IAM connectors and integrations with Microsoft 365, EntraID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and SAP. - Support Microsoft 365 license management, including usage analysis, reporting, and optimization. - Monitor system health, perform troubleshooting, and resolve IAM-related incidents. - Document operational procedures, system changes, and configuration standards. - Participate in global IAM projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. - Ensure compliance with internal security policies and external regulatory requirements. Qualifications - Hands-on experience with OpenText IAM or similar identity platforms. - Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Active Directory, and SAP in the context of identity and license management. - Basic understanding of IT security principles and compliance frameworks. - Experience working in a global or cross-functional IT environment is a plus. - Strong communication skills, especially in English, for collaboration across international teams. - Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies and processes. - Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
