Job Description Your Responsibilities: - Involved in all phases of software engineering, from inception to coding, testing, delivery and operation; - Develop high quality code that follows best practices and clean code principles; - Advocate for optimizing frontend performance (Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse, caching strategies); - Collaborate with UX designer and support with various pre-development needs, when necessary; - Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices. What you won't do: - Wait for someone to tell you what to do; - Shy away from discussions about the best solution for a problem at hand, every opinion counts and your impact matters! Qualifications Required key competencies and qualifications: - Working experience in developing responsive, accessible, and high-quality UI components using HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and JavaScript; - Working experience in implementing designs based on UX/UI mockups (e.g., Figma); - Some experience in BE with C#. NET, MVC framework is a plus; - Working experience and knowledge of npm packages, UI library; - Working experience with Web Components; - Working experience with version control (GIT and version control repositories as GitHub would be a plus); - Familiarity with Windows; - Familiar with continuous integration tools; - Good understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and UX best practices; - Strong communication abilities: being comfortable with collaboration, open communication and reaching across functional borders; - Mindset/Ways of working: have a systematic problem solving approach, coupled with a strong sense of ownership and drive; - Focused on lowering the meantime between having ideas and making stuff happen;; - Agility: being familiar with Agile and Lean methodologies; - Very good fluency in English (written and verbal).
