We are looking for a Control & Drives Maintenance Engineer - Tires.

We offer a full-time position.

Job Description - Ensures the implementation of the preventive maintenance plan; - Ensures a proper diagnostic of electrical problems, repair and start/restart of production machineries of the area of responsibility in case of breakdowns; - Manage Controls & Drives equipment spare part in cooperation with Purchasing Department; - Is responsible for coordination of external companies on daily work and equipment upgrade, including cleanliness and tidiness, in his/her area of responsibility; - Respects all internal procedures, also outside of normal working time, according to emergency concept and planning in the hotline system; - Ensures structured project management; - Identifies, analyses and ensures the implementation of potential Controls & Drives improvements (including costs saving and energy saving, downtime and scrap reduction) on area production machineries in cooperation with other departments; - Transfer knowledge to all Electricians (Craftsmen) in order to ensure best maintenance practice for Controls & Drives systems; - Maintains an updated Controls & Drives documentation in the area (electrical plans, troubleshooting guides); - Technical assistance machines from area to request outside the scheduled hours (hotline). Qualifications - Electrical/Electronical bachelor degree; - Technical Industrial PC knowledge (hardware and software); - Controls & Drives knowledge; - Siemens - Step 7, PCS-7, frequency converter, S120, G120, TiaPortal; - Beckhoff - safety systems, TwinCAT; - PLC troubleshooting knowledge; - Industrial robots knowledge (Kuka, ABB) - is a plus; - English language - technical level; - Office365.
