Job Description As Business Analyst within Coface BI, you will play an important role in implementing our business intelligence platforms. You will work on clarifying, specifying, documenting and validating functional requirements. You will be the bridge between the product team and the development team to make sure that business needs are implemented respecting business goals and priorities. Key Responsibilities: - Collect, clarify and document functional requirements following processes and rules already in place - Help the Product Owners animating different workshops with business/operational experts at group or region level - Create different types of documents: User guides, process description, reports - Create/update UATs (User acceptance tests) test plan - Coordinate and take part of UATs test plan execution - Level 3 support: analyse all tickets coming from User support team (Level 2) to identify issues root causes and possible related solutions - Manage continuous reporting: progress, alerts Qualifications - BS/MS University degree - preferable computer sciences or related technical disciplines - Very good English skills (both oral and written) - Between 5 and 10 years of experience - Excellent written and oral communication skills, listening skills - Excellent meeting facilitation, presentation, collaboration - Team spirit - Very good understanding of business issus - Autonomous and curious - Advanced analysis capabilities - Able to manage and analyze data easily Appreciated additional skills: - Technical knowledge: APIs, Micro Services, System integration, SQL - Experience in analysing financial data - Experience in building data-oriented applications Additional Information What is it like to work at Coface Technologies?
