Job Description The Business Information (BI) Project Manager at Coface is responsible for leading data and BI initiatives that support informed decision-making, risk assessment, and value creation across the Group. This role combines strong analytical problem-solving, business understanding, stakeholder management, and rigorous delivery to ensure BI projects deliver measurable business impact. Strategic Problem Solving & Critical Thinking - Analyse and diagnose complex business, data, and reporting challenges related to credit risk, finance, commercial performance, and operations - Propose pragmatic, innovative, and actionable solutions leveraging data and analytics Business Acumen - Demonstrate a strong understanding of Coface’s business model, including credit insurance, risk analysis, and value creation drivers - Understand internal customers’ needs (business, risk, finance, commercial, operations) - Ensure BI initiatives are aligned with business priorities, regulatory constraints, and strategic objectives Stakeholder Management - Act as a key interface between business teams, IT, data engineers, and external partners - Facilitate workshops, steer committees, and decision forums with senior stakeholders - Manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment across multiple entities and geographies Technical Literacy (Non-Coding) - Possess a solid understanding of IT architectures, data models, data pipelines, and analytical concepts - Be comfortable interacting with technical teams (data engineers, BI developers, IT architects) without being a coder - Understand the capabilities and limitations of BI and data solutions to make informed trade-offs Execution Discipline & Delivery Excellence - Lead BI projects end-to-end, from initiation to deployment and adoption - Ensure strong planning, prioritization, risk management, governance, and progress tracking - Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget, ensuring quality, reliability, and business adoption - Monitor benefits realization and continuous improvement post-delivery Qualifications - Strong analytical and structured thinking - Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills - Ability to operate in complex, data-driven, and regulated environments - Results-driven mindset with strong ownership and accountability - Experience managing BI, data, or analytics projects in a complex organization - Exposure to financial services, insurance, risk management, or regulated environments is a strong asset - Experience working in international and multi-stakeholder contexts Additional Information - The company will provide continuous support and guidance throughout your work - Hybrid work model Company Description At Coface, we make trade happen everyday.
