Job Description Join our dynamic Information Technology team as a Technical HCM Consultant in the Business Applications department. As a Technical HCM Consultant with a focus on Integration and Data Migration, you are an essential part of the Oracle HCM implementation project and subsequent support and operations team. You are responsible for designing, developing and deploying integrations based on the Oracle Integration Cloud. Moreover, you are responsible for the technical data migration using HCM Data Loader. Your key responsibilities are: Integration Development - Gather and validate integration requirements; - Design integration architecture (batch, real-time, APIs); - Develop/configure integration flows, mappings, transformations; - Implement error handling, logging, monitoring, and retries; - Deploy integrations across environments; - Monitor and support in production; troubleshoot issue;s - Maintain integration documentation (design, runbooks). Data Migration - Understand Oracle HCM data model and consult Global Process Owners, HR System Operations Specialists, and SMEs regarding HR master data management best practices; - Define data sources; perform data discovery and profiling in legacy systems; - Define data mapping and transformation rules; - Cleanse, standardize, dedupe, enrich data; - Build extraction, transformation, and load (ETL) scripts/processes; - Support data migration using HCM Data Loader; - Address data quality issues, discrepancies, and missing data; - Document mapping logic, transformation rules, migration procedures… Environment & Release Management - Perform technical tasks of environment and release management; - Ensure version upgrades run smoothly on the OESL infrastructure. Qualifications - Academic degree in computer science, information technology, business informatics, or comparable qualification; - Experience in Cloud or SaaS deployment cycle, version control; - Good knowledge of Oracle HCM solution and understanding of Oracle HCM data mode;l - Familiarity with SQL / PL/SQL; - Hands-on experience with integration middleware (Oracle Integration Cloud, SOA, APIs); - Proficiency in REST/SOAP, JSON/XML, API design; - Understanding of HR data domains and HR Master Data Management best practices; - Experience in large-scale data migration (ERP/HR system); - Certifications are beneficial: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Foundations / Architect, Oracle Integration Cloud Certified Implementation Specialist, SOA Suite / API Platform Certifications; - Strong analytical and structural skills; - Ability to present technical information in a way that is understandable for specialist departments; - Business fluent in English (written and spoken); - Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and capable of working in a multicultural, distributed team environment.   • Confirmă dacă “remote” e global/UE/doar România și dacă sunt ore obligatorii de overlap.
  • Pentru hibrid, întreabă câte zile pe săptămână și dacă sunt fixe sau flexibile.
  • Verifică cerințele de limbă și dependențele cross-team (product, design, stakeholders).

Compară compensația realist

Ca să compari două oferte, normalizează totul pe același baseline și tip de contract. Dacă salariul nu e afișat, construiește un interval orientativ și validează devreme.

  • Normalizează brut vs net și lună vs an înainte să compari.
  • Pentru B2B, ia în calcul taxele, contabilitatea, zilele libere neplătite și riscul.
  • Folosește datele de piață ca “sanity check”, apoi negociază cu dovezi (impact, scope, senioritate).
