We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of our Payments (Transact) platform and ensure players enjoy seamless payment experiences. You’ll help consolidate our tech foundations, deepen our understanding of user behaviour, and build scalable, configurable systems that power every transaction. You’ll play a key role in defining strategy & roadmap, improving reliability, and laying the groundwork for future innovation across our payments journey. We're looking for someone with: - 8+ years experience as a Product Manager designing and delivering world class consumer products; - Customer-focused and data-driven with a passion for solving customer problems; - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; - Thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment; - Self-motivated, organized and able to drive the Product Strategy Independently; - Understanding of technology and agile development methodologies; - Excellent English language skills. What you'll be doing Execution - Identify and understand Happening Customer’s behavior and needs to define hypotheses and requirements that shape suitable features and journeys - Create best-in-class product features and journeys that help take the Happening Payments platform to the next level, - Work with designers, engineers and stakeholders to define and deliver reliable, scalable solutions to customer problems; - Coordinate product launch plans with marketing, commercial, operations, and support teams - Develop a deep knowledge of the Happening gaming product - Be aware of regulatory compliance, GDPR requirements, and legal positioning of the Sports Betting and Gaming industry and how these impact product features and requirements Customer and Competitor Insight - Lead on customer research, discovery and defining customer value for our products; - Drive discovery and utilize customer feedback from multiple touchpoints across the organization to build a picture of customer problems, opportunities and customer behaviour; - Make data-driven decisions utilizing customer research, behavioural, product and commercial data; - Work with Data Analysts to develop the reporting capabilities necessary to understand and measure customer behaviour; - Define what success looks like for our Payments Platform and use data to measure success for our products; - Be responsible for the measurement and success of the product in-life and testing and iterating on the product to achieve the product objectives measured through success metrics; - Awareness of our key competitors and ongoing monitoring of competitor offering; Influencing People - Engage with your stakeholders to understand their expectations and incorporate their feedback, where appropriate. - Set the right expectations with stakeholders and effectively communicate status and progress on outcomes and deliverables. Product Strategy and Roadmap - Understand the overall strategic direction of the company and how your area relates - Build and maintain a roadmap for your area that aims to deliver on short-term and long-term objectives, which align with the overall company and product strategy - Drive your roadmap from ideation and product discovery through to in-life product - Prioritize initiatives based on Customer Value, Business Viability and Technology feasibility; - Be responsible for inputting into and defining the quarterly Objectives and Key Results within your product team About us We are a global technology company dedicated to building the future of entertainment and fan-centric experiences. Etichetele remote/hibrid/la birou nu sunt suficiente. Constrângerile reale sunt orele de overlap, zilele la birou și stilul de comunicare.

  • Confirmă dacă “remote” e global/UE/doar România și dacă sunt ore obligatorii de overlap.
  • Pentru hibrid, întreabă câte zile pe săptămână și dacă sunt fixe sau flexibile.
  • Verifică cerințele de limbă și dependențele cross-team (product, design, stakeholders).

Compară compensația realist

Ca să compari două oferte, normalizează totul pe același baseline și tip de contract. Dacă salariul nu e afișat, construiește un interval orientativ și validează devreme.

  • Normalizează brut vs net și lună vs an înainte să compari.
  • Pentru B2B, ia în calcul taxele, contabilitatea, zilele libere neplătite și riscul.
  • Folosește datele de piață ca “sanity check”, apoi negociază cu dovezi (impact, scope, senioritate).
