Job Description Your Responsibilities: - Being involved in all phases of software engineering, from inception to coding, testing, delivery and operation; - Developing high quality code that follows best practices and clean code principles; - Advocate for improvements to product quality, security and performance; - Collaborating with other engineers or team members on various layers of the infrastructure, in order to design and launch new features; - Interacting with the client in order to understand and characterize their needs and advise them if necessary. Qualifications Required key competencies and qualifications: - Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with Java web applications, Spring, Hibernate and Webservices - Additionally further web technology skills in the field of HTML, CSS and JavaScript (ReactJS) are beneficial - Experience with application containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and micro services architecture - Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and tools - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline - Excellent ability to communicate in English language verbally and in writing - Skill to understand and focus on our internal clients' needs and goals, and to establish credibility and build relationships with clients - Good and broad technical knowledge as a developer, understanding, applying and improving all different technologies, concepts and workflows involved in the product.
